At The Backyard Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aussiebackyardcollective.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item arrived damaged or faulty, we will arrange and cover the return shipping at no cost to you.
Large Items
Due to the size and weight of large items such as robot lawn mowers, pergolas, and patio furniture sets, returns must be arranged through our customer service team. Please do not attempt to return large items without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, used, or modified cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
